Scott has been in the Construction and home Inspection industry for over 20 years and his experience ranges from custom residential homes, school construction, commercial tenant improvements and civil engineering projects.

Scott started in the construction industry as an Electrician and soon worked his way up to Journeyman. He soon learned other trades like framing, drywall and plumbing and obtained his General Contractor’s License. Soon thereafter Scott became involved in the home inspection industry. He currently holds the two highest levels of licensing for home inspectors in the state of California through the Division of the State Architect (Class 1 for School Inspection) and Office of Statewide Health and Planning Department (Class A for Hospital Inspection). Scott is certified for home inspections through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and follows the California Real Estate Inspectors Association’s (CREIA) Standards of Practice.
