Roof Inspection Observations:

• Nails not fully seated in edge tiles.
• Roof edge tiles supported by nails.
• Debris on roof may contribute to water leaks. Suggest keeping roof clean.
• Broken and chipped roof tiles noted. Suggest review/ repair by licensed roofing contractor.
• Flashing bleeding rust. Suggest further review by roofing contractor.
• Hole in flashing at east side of house.
• Storm collars at plumbing vents degraded and should be immediately replaced.
