Information: Plaster exterior with brick veneer.

Siding Home Inspection Observations:

• Though a common construction practice, the concrete was poured above the bottom of brick veneer at several locations. This can lead to moisture traveling into walls.
• Concrete poured above bottom of plaster at front patio. This can lead to moisture intrusion into walls.
• Staining from unknown source noted on plaster.
• Slight plaster cracking noted. Suggest painting over plaster with elastomeric paint.
